基于ESI和InCites的中国内地药理学与毒理学文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的对2012-2022年我国内地药理与毒理学文献进行文献计量学分析,为科研人员了解该领域研究脉络、开展研究工作和管理部门制定学科发展战略规划提供参考研究方法与数据来源。方法利用SCI和InCites数据库,选择2012-2022年Web of Science(WoS)数据库收录的中国内地药理与毒理学发表的文献为研究对象,从发文机构、发文量、被引频次、篇均被引次数、高影响力作者等方面进行文献计量学分析。结果2012-2022年,内地共有111所机构进入ESI药理学与毒理学学科前1%,WoS收录药理学与毒理学领域的论文共有103121篇,被引1224988次,其中高被引论文692篇,篇均被引次数11.88次,四川大学和沈阳药科大学高影响力学者较多,中国农业大学相关学者国际合作论文发文量最多。结论我国内地药理与毒理学学科规模较大,但学科实力与影响力表现不佳,学科论文质量有待提高。建议强化本学科领域人才引进和青年教师的持续化培养等多种途径,加大科研投入力度,加强科研合作和国际交流,提升学术影响力。Objective To conduct a bibliometric analysis of pharmacology and toxicology literature in the Chinese mainland from 2012 to 2022,and to provide reference research methods and data sources for researchers to understand the research context in this field,carry out research work and management departments to formulate discipline development strategy planning.Methods Based on the SCI and InCites databases,the articles on pharmacology and toxicology published in the Chinese mainland from 2012 to 2022 included in the Web of Science(WoS)database were selected as the research objects,and the bibliometric analysis was carried out from the aspects of publishing institutions,number of publications,citation frequency,average citation frequency and high-impact authors.Results From 2012 to 2022,a total of 111 institutions in the Chinese mainland entered the top 1%of ESI pharmacology and toxicology.There were 103121 articles in the field of pharmacology and toxicology included in WoS,with 1224988 citations,including 692 highly cited articles and 11.88 average citations per article.There were many high-impact scholars from Sichuan University and Shenyang Pharmaceutical University,and the international cooperation papers of relevant scholars from China Agricultural University were the largest.Conclusion The pharmacology and toxicology disciplines in the Chinese mainland are large in scale,but the index articles reflecting the strength and influence of the disciplines have been cited for poor performance,and the quality of the discipline papers needs to be improved.It is necessary to strengthen the introduction of talents in the discipline and the continuous training of young teachers,increase scientific research investment,strengthen scientific research cooperation and international exchanges,and enhance academic influence.
