“四位一体”非专科糖尿病护士培养模式在基层医联体医院中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨“四位一体”非专科糖尿病护士培养模式在基层医联体医院中的应用效果。方法通过便利抽样的方式分别选取本院下辖两家医联体医院中与糖尿病相关性较大的非内分泌科护士各100例设为试验组和对照组,试验组实施“四位一体”非专科糖尿病护士培养和管理模式,对照组进行常规培训和指导。比较两组干预前及干预后6个月非专科糖尿病护士糖尿病知识问卷得分、非专科护理人员胰岛素规范注射合格率、质控检查中低血糖规范处理知晓率、静脉使用胰岛素中血糖管理合格率等专科监测指标。结果试验组干预后糖尿病知识问卷得分、胰岛素规范注射合格率、低血糖规范处理知晓率以及静脉使用胰岛素中血糖管理合格率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“四位一体”非专科糖尿病护士培养模式可提高基层医院非专科护士糖尿病知识水平和专科护理服务能力,从而提升医院糖尿病专科护理质量,是基层医院非专科糖尿病护士培养的有效途径和专科护理质量提升干预的有效模式。Objective To explore the application effect of"four in one"non-specialist diabetes mellitus nurse training mode in primary medical alliance hospitals.Methods Through convenience sampling,non Department of Endocrinology nurses with diabetes mellitus in the two affiliated hospitals of our hospital were selected as the experimental group(n=100)and the control group(n=100),respectively.The experimental group implemented the"four in one"non-specialty diabetes mellitus nurse training and management model,and the control group received routine training and guidance.The scores of diabetes knowledge questionnaire of non-specialist diabetes nurses,the qualified rate of insulin standard injection of non-specialist nurses,the awareness rate of hypoglycemia standard treatment in quality control examination,and the qualified rate of blood glucose management in intravenous insulin were compared between the two groups before and 6 months after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of diabetes knowledge questionnaire,the qualified rate of standardized insulin injection,the awareness rate of standardized treatment of hypoglycemia and the qualified rate of blood glucose management in intravenous insulin use in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"four in one"non-specialist diabetes mellitus nurse training model can improve the diabetes knowledge level and specialist nursing service ability of non-specialist nurses in primary hospitals,so as to improve the quality of diabetes specialist nursing in hospitals.It is an effective way to train non-specialist diabetes mellitus nurses in primary hospitals and an effective model for improving the quality of specialist nursing intervention.
