摘  要:通过选用四官能团环氧树脂E-1762和双马树脂BMI与环氧树脂E-51混合,制备了不同共混比例的E-51/E-1762体系和E-51/BMI体系的改性树脂。采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、流变实验,研究了改性树脂的玻璃态转变温度Tg、黏度等热性能指标。结果表明,最优改性树脂配方为:m(E-51)∶m(E-1762)=1∶1、固化剂为DDS。在此最优改性配方下,DSC实验表明,Tg较改性前提升65.7%,可达207℃,改性效果显著。In this paper,tetrafunctional epoxy resin E-1762 and bismaleic resin BMI were mixed with epoxy resin E-51 to prepare modified resins with different blending ratios of E-51/E-1762 system and E-51/BMI system.The thermal properties such as glass transition temperature(T g)and viscosity were studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and rheological experiments.The results showed that the optimal modified resin formula was E-51∶E-1762=1∶1,and the curing agent DDS.Under this optimal modified formula,the DSC experimental results showed that T g increased by 65.7%compared to that before modification,reaching 207℃,and the modification effect was significant.
