摘 要:针对氧化锌烟尘浸出后所产铅渣含锌过高的问题,研究利用焙尘浸出的Fe3+离子来回收铅渣中的锌。通过采用一段先对焙尘浸出,二段补酸后加铅渣继续浸出的浸出方式,在一段焙尘浸出液固比5∶1 mL/g,二段补加60 g/L的酸后加入焙尘浸出渣1.2倍量的铅渣继续浸出,反应温度85℃,反应时间2 h的条件下,能有限浸出铅渣中的锌,锌的浸出率可达87%~88%,铅渣含锌降低至4.5%左右。In response to the high zinc content in the lead slag produced by zinc oxide dust leaching,this article studies the use of Fe 3+ions extracted from the roasting dust to recover zinc from the lead slag.By adopting a leaching method of first leaching the roasting dust,then adding acid in the second stage and continuing to leach the lead slag,the liquid-solid ratio of the first stage of roasting dust leaching is 5∶1,and then adding 60 g/L acid in the second stage and adding 1.2 times the amount of lead slag from the roasting dust leaching slag to continue leaching.The reaction temperature is 85℃,and the reaction time is 2 hours.The zinc in lead slag can be limited to leaching,and the leaching rate of the core can reach 87%~88%.The zinc content in lead slag can be reduced to about 4.5%.
