金乌骨通胶囊中土牛膝的鉴别研究

摘　　要：建立了金乌骨通胶囊中土牛膝的薄层色谱(TLC)定性鉴别方法。土牛膝的TLC鉴别采用高效硅胶H薄层板为载体,三氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水(体积比10∶45∶22∶10)为展开剂,5%香草醛硫酸溶液为显色剂。结果显示,金乌骨通胶囊和土牛膝原药材TLC色谱中,在与土牛膝对照药材色谱相应的位置上呈现相同颜色的主斑点,金乌骨通胶囊阴性对制剂鉴别无干扰。建立的TLC鉴别方法专属性强,可应用于金乌骨通胶囊及土牛膝原药材的质量控制。Objective:To establish an TLC(thin layer chromatography)method for qualitative identification of achyranthes aspera in Jinwu Gutong Capsule.Methods:The TLC identification of Achyranthes aspera was carried out by high efficiency silica gel H thin layer plate with chloroform-ethyl acetate-methanol-water(10∶45∶22∶10,V∶V)as the developing solvent,and 5%vanillin sulfuric acid solution was used as color developing agent.Result:In the TLC chromatograms of JinwuGutong capsule and raw material of achyranthes aspera,the main spots of the same color appeared on the corresponding position with the chromatograms of the reference,and the negative sample had no interference.Conclusion:The TLC method is specific,which can be used for quality control of Jinwu Gutong capsule and raw material of Achyranthes aspera.
