摘　　要：以手性源R-联萘酚合成了R-(3,3′,6,6′-四溴-1,1′-二萘基)-20-冠-6,用其涂覆在C18硅胶上作为手性固定相,以pH=2的高氯酸为流动相,探究了对手性化合物和位置异构体的分离效果。结果表明,该固定相对1,2-二苯基-1,2-乙二醇、美托洛尔、佐匹克隆、苏氨酸等外消旋体得到基线分离,萘普生、马来酸氯苯那敏、谷氨酰胺、赖氨酸、异亮氨酸、苏氨酸等11种手性化合物得到不同程度的分离。R-(3,3′,6,6′-tetrabromo-1,1′-binaphthyl)-20-crown-6 was synthesized from the chiral source R-binaphthol,which was coated on C 18 silica gel as the chiral stationary phase,and perchloric acid with pH=2 as the mobile phase to explore the separation effect of chiral compounds and positional isomers.The results showed that the fixed racemes,such as 1,2-diphenyl-1,2-ethylene glycol,metoprolol,Zopicron and threonine,were separated at baseline,and 11 chiral compounds,such as naproxen,chlorpheniramine maleate,glutamine,lysine,isoleucine and threonine,were separated at different degrees.
