摘 要:在传统的一釜法生产四丁基脲过程中,存在着光气在线量大、分液废水中二正丁胺含量高、能耗大、自动化程度低等问题。为了实现精细化学品生产过程的碳达峰目标,设计并提出了一种适用于光气与二正丁胺在NaOH催化作用下合成四丁基脲的改进系统。该系统综合应用了光气即产即用、反应母液连续分离、含胺水回收套用、能量梯级回收等适用的化工操作单元技术,并成功应用于高品质四丁基脲生产。最终实现了光气瞬时持有量降低到200 kg以下,生产每吨四丁基脲需要的二正丁胺量降低到931 kg,综合能耗和污染物排放均得到了有效控制,降低了操作人员的劳动强度的同时还提升了生产效率和产品收率,带来了较好的经济和社会效益。In the process of producing tetrabutyl urea by the traditional one-pot method,there are many problems,such as large amount of phosgene online,high content of dibutylamine in the liquid separation wastewater,large energy consumption and low degree of automation.In order to achieve the goal of carbon peak in the production process of fine chemicals,the author designed and proposed an improved system suitable for the synthesis of tetrabutyl urea from phosgene and dibutylamine under the catalysis of NaOH.The system has comprehensively applied applicable chemical operation unit technologies such as phosgene production and use,continuous separation of reaction mother liquor,amine water recovery and reuse,and energy cascade recovery,and has been successfully applied to the production of high-quality tetrabutyl urea.Finally,the instantaneous holding of phosgene was reduced to less than 200 kg,and the amount of di-n-butylamine required to produce each ton of tetrabutyl urea was reduced to 931 kg.The comprehensive energy consumption and pollutant emissions were effectively controlled,which reduced the labor intensity of operators,and also improved the production efficiency and product yield,with good economic and social benefits.
