摘　　要：针对大型壳牌煤制气装置的文丘里洗涤器出现筒体穿孔泄漏,导致煤气化、合成氨等装置停车问题,以某50万t/a煤制合成氨的文丘里洗涤器泄漏事故为例,分析了设备损伤的原因,并提出了解决问题的方案思路。Recently,many sets of Venturi scrubbers in large Shell coal gasification units have suffered from cylinder perforation and leakage,resulting in shutdown of coal gasification,ammonia synthesis and other units.In view of this problem,this paper takes the leakage accident of Venturi scrubber of a 500000 t/a coal to ammonia synthesis plant as an example,analyzes the causes of equipment damage,and proposes solutions to the problem.
