摘 要:概述了产教融合概念的产生以及发展过程。以广西科技大学机械与汽车工程学院为例,介绍了开展产教融合、协同育人的做法,并提出了校园文化与企业文化互融互通、校企协同育人长效合作机制的建立、满足人才培养需要的双高双师型教学团队打造、适应行业需求的高水平应用型人才培养质量提升等4个进一步推进产教融合内涵发展需要进一步解决的问题。This paper outlines the emergence of the concept of integration of industry and education and the development process.Taking the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering of Guangxi University of Science and Technology as an example,it introduces the practices of carrying out the industry-education integration and collaborative education and puts forward four that need to be further solved to further promote the connotation development of industry education integration,such as the mutual integration of campus culture and enterprise culture,the establishment of a long-term cooperation mechanism of university-enterprise collaborative education,the creation of a double-high and double-teacher teaching team to meet the needs of talent cultivation,and the improvement of the quality of high-level applied talent cultivation to meet the needs of the industry.
