我国印染机械与器材的发展与展望

摘　　要：为促进国产印染机械与器材的技术进步,介绍以54型、65型、71型、74型和96型印染机械为标志的中国印染机械行业5次大发展,以圆网印花镍网为例说明印染器材的发展;从湿整理联合机、印花机、间歇式染色机、拉幅定形机、器材与零部件、自动化系统等方面阐明我国典型印染机械和器材技术进步与存在问题,并对国产印染机械“十四五”的发展进行展望。指出:近十年,国产印染机械在节能减排技术、数控技术和制造质量等方面进步较大,但存在原创技术不多、产品同质化、“信息孤岛”等问题;“十四五”期间,国产印染机械将更加注重节能环保,加大关键器材和专件的研发力度,建立印染机械信息交互规范,发展智能化技术与装备,提升设备运行效率和可靠性,培养多层次印染机械专业技术人才。In order to promote the technical progress of domestic printing and dyeing machinery and accessories,five major developments of printing and dyeing machinery industry in China,which are marked by 54,65,71,74 and 96 printing and dyeing machinery,are introduced.The development of dyeing accessories is illustrated by taking Ni-screen for rotary screen printing machine as an example.Technical progress and problems of the typical printing and dyeing machinery and accessories are expounded from the aspects of wet finishing machine,printing machine,batch dyeing machine,stretch setting machine,accessories and parts,automation system,and development of domestic printing and dyeing machinery during the“14th Five-year Plan”period are prospected.It is pointed out that in the past ten years,domestic printing and dyeing machinery has made great progress in energy saving and emission reduction technology,numerical control technology and manufacturing quality,but there are many problems such as less original technology,product homogeneity,“information islands”and so on.During the“14th Five-year Plan”period,we will pay more attention to energy conservation and environmental protection,increase the research and development of key accessories and parts,establish printing and dyeing machinery information interaction standards,develop intelligent technology and equipm-ent,improve the operation efficiency and reliability of equipment,and cultivate multi-level printing and dyeing machinery professional and technical personnel for the domestic printing and dyeing machinery.
