摘  要:为了对传统缫丝工艺流程进行整合与优化,将传统单纱上浆、浸泡柔软、烘干成筒等多个工序进行整合,设计多功能单纱整理集成设备控制系统;详细分析该控制系统整体框架、人机交互界面、快速烘干系统、张力控制系统的结构框架和功能。指出:采用该多功能单纱整理集成设备控制系统,能实现对系统参数的设置、实时观测、烘干温度控制及纱线张力控制;该控制系统可满足快速、良好和多工序集成的缫丝加工工艺需求;可代替原有多台单工序设备,缩短生产流程,节约用工,降低成本,提高生产效率,改善成纱质量。In order to integrate and optimize the traditional silk reeling process,the traditional single yarn sizing,soaking and softening,drying and tubbing processes are integrated,and multifunctional single yarn finishing integrated equipment control system is designed.Structure frame and function are analyzed in detail of the overall frame,human-computer interaction interface,rapid drying system and tension control system of the control system.It is pointed out that the parameters setting,real-time observation,drying temperature and yarn tension control of the system can be realized by using the multifunctional single yarn finishing integrated equipment control system.The control system can meet the fast,good and multi-process integrated requirements of silk reeling process.The control system can replace the original multiple single process equipment,shorten the production process,save labor,reduce costs,improve production efficiency,and improve yarn quality.
