摘　　要：为了提高特种轴承加工合格率、降低加工成本,针对心轴攻丝合格率低、丝锥易断等问题,设计一种心轴攻丝浮动防断丝锥夹具,以HQY2632型压轮轴承心轴攻丝为例介绍其工作原理及设计要点。指出:浮动防断丝锥夹具结构简单,螺纹加工精度高,能实现攻丝过程的自动化,解决自动攻丝时因堵屑、不同轴、表面粗糙度差、攻丝过头等原因产生断丝锥问题;应用该浮动防断丝锥夹具,攻丝后螺纹加工合格率提高至99.9%,丝锥使用寿命延长,加工效率提高约10%。In order to improve the processing qualified rate and reduce the cost of special bearing,aiming at the problems of low qualified rate of mandrel tapping and easy breaking of tap,a kind of floating anti-breaking tap fixture of mandrel tapping is designed.Taking HQY2632 press wheel bearing mandrel tapping as an example,the working principle and design key points are introduced.It is pointed out that the floating anti-breaking tap fixture has the advantages of simple structure,high precision of thread processing,can realize the automation of tapping process,and solve the problem of breaking tap caused by the blocking chip,different coaxial,poor roughness and too much tapping in automatic tapping.By using the floating anti-breaking tap fixture,the thread processing pass rate is increased to 99.9%after tapping,the service life of the tap is prolonged,and the processing efficiency is increased by about 10%.
