略析马克隆值A级机采棉质量与梳理质量的关系

摘　　要：为了减少马克隆值A级机采棉的梳理质量疵点,保证棉纱和面料质量,分析不同国家、地区和加工厂的马克隆值A级机采棉质量与棉花采摘、加工和质量指标及其与清梳联、精梳梳理质量的关系。指出:马克隆值A级最大值、最小值和平均值越相近,机采棉质量越好;控制机采棉质量指标,要关注纤维长度和马克隆值,还要衡量机采棉的成熟度百分比、短绒率、未成熟纤维含量、棉结、带纤维籽屑等指标;结合机采棉生产实际,综合考虑进行混配棉,优选梳理器材,优化梳理工艺,方能提高机采棉梳理质量和效率;根据机采棉种植、采摘、收购、加工、检验等进行分类,是控制机采棉质量的关键。In order to reduce the carding quality defects of the machine-picked cotton with level A Micronaire and ensure the quality of cotton yarn and fabric,the relationship between the quality of the machine-picked cotton with level A Micronaire in different countries,regions and processing plants,and the quality of cotton picking,processing and quality indexes and the quality of blowing-carding unit and combing are analyzed.It is pointed out that the closer the maximum value,minimum value and average value of Level A Micronaire value are,the better the quality of machine-picked cotton is.To control the quality index of machine-picked cotton,it is necessary to pay attention to the fiber length and Micronaire value,but also to measure the maturity percentage,short fiber rate,immature fiber content,neps,seed coat fragments with cotton fiber and other indicators of machine-picked cotton;in combination with the actual production of machine-picked cotton,cotton assorting and mixing,carding accessories and carding process optimization can improve the quality and efficiency of machine-picked cotton.Classification according to planting,picking,purchasing,processing and inspection of machine-picked cotton is the key to control the quality of machine-picked cotton.
