摘　　要：为了提高JWF1216型梳棉机纺细旦莫代尔纤维纱的产质量,详细介绍调整JWF1216型梳棉机上机工艺、优选刺辊转速及齿型、调整配置针布型号,用长度为38 mm、线密度为0.9 dtex、回潮率为11.5%的细旦Modal纤维,纺细旦莫代尔11.7 tex纱和10.6 tex纱的试验过程;对比减小盖板—锡林隔距,增大压碎辊与剥棉罗拉间牵伸倍数,增大锡林和刺辊转速,选用梳针型刺辊、调整锡刺速比以及配套针布型号前后的成纱质量指标。指出:合适的上机工艺是梳棉机高质高产的基础保障,莫代尔纤维杂质较少,上机工艺调整和梳理器材配置应增强分梳能力、减少纤维损伤、降低短绒含量;调整后,JWF1216型梳棉机纺细旦莫代尔11.7 tex纱产量为47.5 kg/h,纺细旦莫代尔10.6 tex纱产量为59.4 kg/h,满足客户质量要求和生产需求,达到与国外先进设备同线、同质、同产的目标。In order to improve the yield and quality of fine denier Modal fiber yarn spinning with JWF1216 carding machine,the process adjusting of JWF1216 carding machine,selecting the speed and profile of taker-in,adjusting the type of card clothing,and the test procedure for spinning fine denier Modal 11.7 tex and 10.6 tex yarns using the fine denier Modal fiber with length of 38 mm,linear density of 0.9 dtex and moisture regain of 11.5%,are introduced in detail.The yarn quality index before and after reducing the cover flat-cylinder gauge,increasing the drawing ratio between crushing roller and stripping roller,increasing the speed of cylinder and taker-in,selecting pin-type licker-in,adjusting the ratio of cylinder and taker-in,and matching card clothing type,are compared.It is pointed that proper process is the basic guarantee of high quality and high yield of carding machine.Modal fiber impurity is less,so processing adjustment and carding accessories configuration should enhance carding ability,reduce fiber damage and reduce short fiber content.After adjustment,output of fine denier Modal 11.7 tex yarn spinning with JWF1216 carding machine is 47.5 kg/h,and output of fine denier Modal 10.6 tex yarn spinning with JWF1216 carding machine is 59.4 kg/h,which can meet the quality requirements of customers and production requirements,and achieve the goal of the same line,same quality,same production with foreign advanced equipment.
