摘 要:工频过电压是威胁线路安全稳定运行的重要因素。可以利用电磁暂态仿真软件ATP EMTP对海上风电场系统及其送出线路进行建模,对工频过电压进行计算和分析。研究表明:0.97 p.u.、1.00 p.u.、1.07 p.u.3种情况下过电压水平均与线路长度成正比;系统侧甩负荷时过电压水平远大于风场侧甩负荷。对海上风电场中变压器、海缆、风电机组的无功损耗进行分析,结合对过电压的计算和分析以及相关标准规定,提出了一种简单实用的海上风电场无功配置方案。该方案可满足对工频过电压的限制,且可满足风电场无功需求。Power frequency overvoltage is an important factor threatening the safe and stable operation of the line.The electromagnetic transient simulation software ATP EMTP is used to model the offshore wind farm system and its outgoing line,and the power frequency overvoltage is calculated and analyzed.The results show that the overvoltage level is proportional to the line length in all three cases.The overvoltage level of the system side load dumping is much greater than that of the wind field side load dumping.Finally,this paper analyzes the reactive power loss of transformer,cable and wind turbine in offshore wind farms,and proposes a simple and practical reactive power allocation scheme for offshore wind farms in combination with the calculation and analysis of overvoltage and relevant standards.This solution can meet the limitation of power frequency overvoltage and reactive power demand of wind farm.
