摘 要:反向电渗析发电是一种零排放的、可持续的新型技术。在探究以电厂脱硝废液进行盐差能发电的基础上,采用纳滤反向电渗析法耦合技术,研究了耦合发电系统在不同试验条件和不同运行参数下发电输出情况。分别研究了离子交换膜种类、膜堆电极材料、浓淡室进料浓度差、温度差对膜堆输出功率密度的影响。结果表明,以脱硝废液为膜堆进料溶液,膜堆使用阴离子交换膜,使用钌铱钛网电极,以[Fe(CN)6]4-/[Fe(CN)6]3-为氧化还原对的电极溶液,提高淡室进料溶液温度等,均能够提高膜堆输出电化学性能。Reverse electrodialysis membrane stack power generation is a new zero-emission and sustainable technology.Based on the investigation of salt difference energy generation with industrial denitrification waste stream,the coupling technology of nanofiltration reverse electrodialysis was used to study the power generation output of the coupled system under different test conditions and different operating parameters.The effects of ion exchange membrane type,membrane stack electrode material,concentration difference of feed to the concentration chamber and temperature difference on the power density of membrane stack output are investigated respectively.The results show that using industrial denitrification waste solution as the membrane stack feed solution,using anion exchange membrane for the membrane stack,using[Fe(CN)6]4-/[Fe(CN)6]3-as the electrode solution for the redox pair,using ruthenium iridium titanium mesh electrode,and increasing the temperature of the light chamber feed solution can improve the membrane stack output electrochemical performance.
