摘　　要：目的总结1例食管癌合并慢性支气管炎术后并发颈部吻合口瘘患者的护理经验。方法手术后给予有效的胃肠减压、胸腔闭式引流、颈部吻合口瘘敞开充分冲洗和引流、同时关注创面渗血、渗液,给予早期营养支持,早期活动与心理支持。结果经过精心的治疗和个体化护理后,患者康复出院。结论严密的病情监测、有效的冲洗与引流、早期的营养管理等护理措施对患者的康复尤为重要。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with cervical anastomotic fistula after operation of esophageal cancer with chronic bronchitis.Methods After the operation,the patients were given effective gastrointestinal decompression,closed thoracic drainage,full washing and drainage of the neck anastomotic fistula,and attention was paid to the bleeding and exudation of the wound surface.Early nutritional support,early activity and psychological support were given.Results After careful treatment and individualized nursing,the patient recovered and discharged.Conclusion Strict disease monitoring,effective irrigation and drainage,early nutrition management and other nursing measures are particularly important for the rehabilitation of patients.
