摘　　要：随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革的发展,传统的纺织行业面临巨大挑战,具有创新意识及工程实践能力的多元化新型工程人才的培养已迫在眉睫。文章分析了行业现状及存在的主要问题,并提出了人才培养模式的创新思路与方法,从而培养出具有爱国情怀、社会责任的高素质多元化、创新型的卓越工程人才。With the development of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the traditional textile industry faces great challenges,and the cultivation of diversified new engineering talents with innovative consciousness and engineering practice ability is imminent.The article analyzes the current situation of the industry and the main problems,and proposes innovative ideas and methods of talent cultivation mode,so as to cultivate diversified high-quality and innovative outstanding engineering talents with patriotic sentiment and social responsibility.
