摘  要:某公司扩建汽轮发电机装置,在机组经过168 h性能考核达标后装置开始投运,装置投运2个月后,其主蒸汽管道数日内相继发生两处焊口开裂,开裂的焊口均位于支管台与支管相连的焊缝区域。从材质、设计和施工三个方面对焊口开裂问题进行了原因分析,在此基础上采取相应的处理措施,保障了装置主蒸汽管道的安全可靠运行,同时提出了预防蒸汽管道开裂的措施和建议,为后续汽轮发电机装置的长周期运行提供了保障。After the expansion of a company’s steam turbine generator,it has been put into operation after passing 168 hours performance assessment.After two months of operation,two weld cracks occurred in the main steam pipeline within a few days.It was found that both cracks were located in welding seam area connecting weldolet and branch pipe.Analysis was conducted from aspects of material,design and construction;corresponding treatment measures were put forward to ensure the safe and reliable operation of main steam pipeline.At the same time,measures and suggestions were proposed to prevent steam pipeline cracking,providing guarantees for the long-term operation of steam turbine generator.
