摘  要:某公司蜡油加氢装置热高分气/混合氢换热器E5102在运行9 a后发生内漏,导致装置被迫紧急停工检修。检修结束后,对管束的腐蚀泄漏原因进行分析。通过宏观观察、管束测厚、元素分析及离子分析,结合工艺模拟计算、腐蚀机理分析和注水情况分析,认为管程NH_(4)Cl结盐导致垢下腐蚀、注水冲洗不彻底及注水方式不合理是引起换热器腐蚀泄漏的主要原因,并提出了改进措施及建议,希望对各企业预防加氢装置热高分气/混合氢换热器的腐蚀泄漏有一定帮助。Internal leakage was found in E5102 heat exchanger for heat high-pressure separation gas/mixed hydrogen in the wax oil hydrogenation unit of a company after 9 years of operation,resulting in emergency shutdown of the unit for maintenance.The causes of corrosion and leakage was studied after the examination.Through the means of macroscopic observation,tube bundle thickness measurement,element analysis and ion analysis,combined with process simulation calculation,corrosion mechanism analysis and water injection situation analysis,the findings showed that it is mainly due to under-deposit corrosion brought about by NH_(4)Cl salt deposition on tube side,incomplete water injection flushing and improper water injection method.Corrective actions and suggestions were proposed,which will be of great help to prevent heat exchanger corrosion in hydrogenation unit for enterprises.
