摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对北京冬奥会公共外交特征、成效进行研究,并提出启示。北京冬奥会公共外交特征:多元协同的公共外交主体,内外并重的公共外交对象,根植传统的公共外交内容,聚焦草根的公共外交叙事。北京冬奥会公共外交成效:贡献中国智慧方案,构建新型国际关系,缓解社会焦虑情绪,培育国民公共精神。启示:有为政府与有效市场相结合,提高我国竞技体育实力;宏大叙事与微观叙事相结合,创新体育对外表达方式;对外吸纳与对内培养相结合,打造公共体育外交使节;官方互动与民间动员相结合,营造良好国际舆论环境。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper studied the characteristics and achievements of public diplomacy in Beijing Winter Olympic Games,and put forward some enlightenment.The characteristics of public diplomacy in Beijing Winter Olympic Games:It has multiple and coordinated subjects of public diplomacy,as well as internal and external objects of public diplomacy.It is rooted in traditional content of public diplomacy and focuses on grassroots public diplomacy narrative.The achievements of public diplomacy in Beijing Winter Olympic Games:It has contributed to the Chinese wisdom plan,built a new type of international relations,eased social anxiety and fostered national public spirit.Enlightenment:We should combine proactive government with effi cient market to improve competitive sports,combine grand narration with micro narration to innovate the external expression of sports,combine external absorption with internal training to create public sports diplomatic envoys,and combine offi cial interaction with civil mobilization to create a favorable international public opinion environment.
