党建多重嵌入高水平运动队管理的实践经验与启示--以N高校为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料、案例分析等方法,以N高校为例,探讨党建多重嵌入高水平运动队管理的实践经验,并提出启示。实践经验:在结构嵌入上推进党组织全覆盖和决策层同构,在关系嵌入上实现党员与运动员身份融合,在认知嵌入上增强思想层面的政治认同,在制度嵌入上规范组织工作及党员行为。启示:结构嵌入突出实效性,关系嵌入凸显持续性,认知嵌入注重标志性,制度嵌入彰显科学性。By using the methods of literature review and case analysis,this paper took N university as an example to explore the practical experience of multiple embedding of Party building in the management of high-level sports teams,and put forward enlightenment.Practical experience:It promotes the full coverage of the Party organization and the isomorphism of the decision-making level,realizes the integration of the identity of Party members and athletes,enhances the political identity at the ideological level,and standardizes the organizational work and the behavior of Party members.Enlightenment:It should be embedded in structure to highlight effectiveness,in relationship to highlight sustainability,in cognition to focus on symbolism,and in institution to highlight scientifi city.
