摘  要:500 kV变压器是变电站的核心设备,其安全可靠运行在电力系统中至关重要。变压器套管对主变压器的稳定运行具有重要作用,为了保障变压器的安全可靠运行,变压器的预防性试验尤为关键。介绍了一起某500 kV变压器变高套管介损试验异常的案例分析,通过对变压器油纸电容型套管油样分析并对套管进行高压介损、局放试验及介电谱测试,确定变压器变高套管介损升高的原因是套管内部存在局部放电并且套管油出现X-蜡。最后,通过对该变高套管进行解体,论证了套管内部出现局部放电及X-蜡,并对X-蜡的产生机理进行分析。鉴于近年来日益增多的变压器运行事故,针对套管油劣化提出了相应预防措施。The 500 kV transformer is the core equipment in transformer substation,and its safe and reliable operation is very important in power system.Transformer bushing plays an important role in the stable operation of the main transformer.In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of transformer,the preventive test of transformer is particularly crucial.It introduces a case analysis of abnormal dielectric loss test of a 500 kV transformer bushing.Through the analysis of transformer oil paper capacitive bushing oil sample,and the high voltage dielectric loss,partial discharge(PD)test and dielectric spectroscopy test being carried out,it determines the reason for the increase of the main transformer variable-height bushing dielectric loss isthat there was PD inside the bushing and X-wax in bushing oil.Through the variable-height bushing being disintegrated,it demonstrats partial discharge and X-wax in the bushing,and analyzes the producing mechanism of X-wax.In view of the increasing number of transformer operation accidents in recent years,the corresponding preventive measures for bushing oil deterioration are put forward.
