摘  要:大型石化产业园区对高品质热源的温度、压力及供热稳定性要求高,采用超临界再热型双抽背压机组作为该园区的能源供应站,开展大型中、低压供热系统联合调节关键技术攻关,确保中、低压供热的供汽量与供汽品质的同时,获得更多高品位电能,整体效率显著提升。该控制策略的成功应用,实现了热负荷供需匹配和背压机高效运行,可为大型石化基地高效集中供热提供理论参考。Large-scale petrochemical industrial parks have high requirements on the temperature,pressure and heating stability of high quality heat sources.Supercritical reheat double extraction back pressure units are used as the energy supply station of the park to carry out joint regulation of large scale medium and low pressure heating systems.Key technical breakthroughs have been made to ensure the steam supply volume and quality of medium and low voltage heating.At the same time it obtained more high grade electric energy,and the overall efficiency has been significantly improved.The successful application of this control strategy realizes the matching of heat load supply and demand and the efficient operation of the back pressure machine,which can provide a theoretical reference for efficient central heating of large petrochemical bases.
