摘 要:琼州海峡是我国大陆与海南省之间的交通咽喉要道,海峡北岸和南岸分布着多个重要的客货港口。随着两岸及周边经济的快速发展,海峡生态污染风险日趋严重。为推动琼州海峡水路交通污染防控和治理措施完善,在深入调查了海峡水域污染现状基础上,对该水域目前在海事法规政策、监管手段和技术等方面存在的问题进行了具体分析,并提出了应对措施与建议。The Qiongzhou Strait is a vital traffic channel connecting Chinese mainland and the Hainan Province,with many important passenger and cargo ports along northern and southern sides of the strait.With the rapid development of economy around the strait areas,the risks of ecological pollution become increasingly prominent.To improve the prevention and control measures of traffic pollution on Qiongzhou Strait waterways,the paper analyzes the problems in maritime laws,supervision methods and technologies based on the investigation of water pollution status.The specific countermeasures and suggestions are provided accordingly.
