摘　　要：为引导航运公司岸基人员在船舶检查中发现问题采取科学的处置方式,有效关闭不同类型的问题,通过剖析各类“情况”的本质,系统阐述笼统使用“缺陷”描述、处理所有类型的问题带来的危害,并根据不同类型问题提出合理化处理方式,为航运公司岸基人员及监管部门处置问题提供参考。To guide shore-based personnel of shipping companies in adopting a scientific approach in handling problems identified during ship inspection and bringing an effective closure to problems of different categories,this paper probes into the essential meaning of different"situations",makes a systematic analysis on the harm of using general defect description in handling all categories of problems,and puts forward proper handling methods in view of problems of different categories,in order to provide reference for shore-based personnel of shipping companies and administrative departments.
