摘　　要：以船舶菌型通风筒的专门支撑为例,探讨推荐性船舶行业标准在船旗国监督检查中的适用原则,探寻强制性规定和推荐性船舶行业标准的契合点,为船旗国监督检查缺陷的开具提供理论依据,并根据以往的船旗国监督检查经历提出建议,以提升船旗国监督检查质量及船舶管理水平。Taking the specialized support of ship mushroom type ventilation tube as an example,this paper studies the application principles of recommended ship industry standards in flag State supervision and inspection and explores the connection between mandatory regulations and recommended ship industry standards.It also provides a theoretical basis for the issuance of defects in flag State supervision and inspection,and proposes suggestions based on previous ship flag State supervision and inspection experience,with a view to improving the quality of flag State supervision and inspection and ship management.
