摘　　要：通过梳理船舶能效管理措施,分类总结了业内在碳强度评级下船舶能效管理的现状和问题,运用SWOT分析法分析当前船舶能效管理的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并在此基础上提出改进建议,供船舶实现节能营运参考。By sort out the ship energy efficiency management measures,classifies and summarizes the current situation and problems of ship energy efficiency management under carbon intensity rating in the industry,uses SWOT method to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of current ship energy efficiency management,and proposes improvements on this basis suggestion.Provide reference for ship energy-saving operation.
