摘　　要：国际海事组织海上安全委员会第105次会议完成了对《1974年国际海上人命安全公约》第IV章无线电通信章节的全面修订,同时通过了一系列与全球海上遇险与安全系统(GMDSS)相关的设备性能新标准,标志着GMDSS现代化进入新阶段。通过对重要修正的分析解读,帮助各方更好理解公约新IV章变化与影响,为2024年1月1日决议生效后做好充分准备。The 105th meeting of the Maritime Safety Committee of the International Maritime Organization(IMO)completed the comprehensive amendment of Chapter IV-radiocommunications of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea,1974(SOLAS)in April 2022,and adopted a series of new performance standards for Global Maritime Distress and Safety System(GMDSS)equipment.It marks a new stage of GMDSS modernization.This article provides an analysis and interpretation of the important amendments,in order to facilitate the understanding of parties concerned on the changes and implications of Chapter IV of the convention,and their preparations for the entry into force of the resolution on 1 January 2024.
