摘　　要：将原件与录文对校后发现,《云南省博物馆馆藏契约文书整理与汇编》(第一卷)所录契约中有不少误录、漏录和未录的字词。本文对此套丛书第一卷中清至民国时期昆明契约文书的误录、漏录和未录字词一一进行考释,并从手写习惯、草书写法、俗文字等角度进行印证,以恢复云南契约文书的本来面貌。After checking the original documents and records,it is found that there are many wrongly recorded,omitted and unrecorded words in the contracts recorded in The Collection and Compilation of Contract Documents in Yunnan Provincial Museum(volume 1).This article makes a textual research on the errors,omissions and unrecorded words of the Kunming contract documents from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China in the first volume of the series,and habits,from hand cursive writing,such as common text Angle,in order to recover the original visage of Yunnan contract documents,to the further suggested this batch of contract documents is of certain reference value.
