摘  要:为了降低绿色建筑成本,提出基于改进遗传算法的绿色建筑成本控制模型.建立绿色建筑成本控制的解释变量和控制变量模型,以绿色建筑的工艺、材料、人工以及技术等成本约束指标的解释变量,建立绿色建筑施工的造价效益链估计模型,通过成本固定开销约束和等效价值评估,根据绿色建筑成本控制约束因素的累计方差的贡献程度,采用主成分分析方法,建立绿色建筑成本控制的遗传进化控制变异因子,采用遗传进化自适应学习的方法,通过绿色造价的成本控制和自适应预测,结合弹性模量分析和多元回归判别分析的方法,在改进遗传进化算法的训练下实现对绿色建筑成本动态预测和控制.实验结果表明,采用该方法得出绿色建筑成本预测值较低,降低了建筑成本开销,保证质量和效率在83.1%和80.2%以上,单位成本控制在0.882万元以下.In order to reduce the cost of green building,a green building cost control model based on improved genetic algorithm is proposed.The explanatory variable and control variable models of green building cost control are established,and the cost-benefit chain estimation model of green building construction is established based on the explanatory variables of cost constraints such as technology,materials,labor and technology of green building.According to the contribution degree of cumulative variance of cost control constraints of green building,genetic evolution control variation factors of green building cost control are established by principal component analysis.Using the adaptive learning method of genetic evolution,through the cost control and adaptive prediction of green building cost,combined with elastic modulus analysis and multiple regression discriminant analysis,the dynamic prediction and control of green building cost is realized under the training of improved genetic evolution algorithm.The experimental results show that the predicted value of green building cost by this method is low,the cost of building is reduced,the quality and efficiency are above 83.1%and 80.2%,and the unit cost is controlled below 0.882 million yuan.
