摘 要:巷道开挖会引起围岩应力重新分布,应力调整会造成巷道围岩的破坏,但因地质条件千差万别,巷道围岩破坏形式呈现纷繁复杂的特点。随着对巷道围岩破坏认识的深入,逐渐形成了普式理论、轴变理论、塑性形变压力理论和巷道蝶形破坏理论4种典型的巷道围岩破坏理论。细致分析了各种巷道围岩破坏理论的特点、应用条件、计算参数,并对各类参数进行了归类总结,采用模糊聚类分析方法依据巷道破坏高度指标对各个巷道围岩破坏理论进行聚类分析。研究结果表明,不同岩性条件下,巷道破坏理论聚类分析结果不同,应依据设计的模糊聚类分析流程和现场地质条件进行计算,以期达到理论与实际相符的结果。以五家沟煤矿巷道围岩地质条件为工程背景,验证了模糊聚类分析支护设计方法可行性。Roadway driving will cause stress redistribution in surrounding rock,casing the destruction of roadway surrounding rock.However,due to the various geological conditions,the failure modes of roadways are complicated.With the deepening understanding of the failure of roadway surrounding rock,four typical theories of roadway surrounding rock failure have gradually emerged,including the general theory,axial strain theory,plastic deformation pressure theory,and roadway butterfly failure theory.The characteristics,application conditions and calculation parameters of various roadway surrounding rock failure theories were analyzed in detail,and various parameters were classified and summarized,and the fuzzy cluster analysis method was used to cluster each failure theory of roadway surrounding rock according to the index of roadway failure height.The research shows that under different lithological conditions,the theoretical cluster analysis results of roadway failure are different,so the calculation should be carried out according to the designed fuzzy cluster analysis process and the practical geological conditions,so as to achieve the results consistent with the theory and practice.Taking the surrounding rock geological conditions of Wujiagou Coal Mine as the engineering background,the feasibility of fuzzy cluster analysis was verified in the support design method.
