摘 要:针对采掘装备在应用过程中存在的减速器元部件可靠性不足等问题,对国产减速器的可靠性进行了研究。介绍了目前减速器可靠性研究现状,通过与进口设备对比,分析了国产减速器平均无故障工作时间较短、故障严酷性较强、可靠性研究技术相对滞后等方面问题,从强化可靠性设计、提升制造质量检测能力、提升检测技术水平减小测试误差、加强可靠性数据治理、实施可靠性标准化战略5个方面提出提高减速器可靠性的具体举措。In response to issues such as insufficient reliability of reducer components in the application process of mining equipment,the reliability of reducers of domestic mining and tunneling equipment was studied.The current research status of the reliability of the reducers is introduced,and the problems of reducers of the domestic mining and tunneling equipment were analyzed in terms of the short mean time between failures,the strong severity of failures,and the relative lagged reliability research technology by comparing with the imported equipment,and the specific measures to improve the reliability of reducers of mining and tunneling equipment were proposed from five aspects:strengthening reliability design,improving manufacturing quality inspection capability,improving detection technology to reduce test errors,strengthening reliability data governance,and implementing reliability standardization strategy.
