摘  要:水煤浆气化细渣含水量高、挥发分含量极低、着火燃烧特性差,难以直接作为燃料燃烧,通过浮选对其进行灰碳分离,可以得到含碳量较高的浮选精矿。通过对德士古煤气化炉气化细渣及其浮选精矿进行扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪的表征发现,浮选精矿中游离球状灰渣颗粒较气化细渣显著减少,部分灰颗粒附着在多孔不规则碳的孔隙中。与气化细渣相比,浮选后的精矿平均粒径减小,比表面积增大,固定碳含量从41.61%提高至61.88%,灰分由52.06%降低至27.86%,发热量从15.24 MJ/kg升高至22.43 MJ/kg。利用热重分析仪对气化细渣及其浮选精矿分别与煤掺混的燃烧特性进行研究。结果表明,气化细渣和浮选精矿的着火和燃尽特性较差,按照低比例添加(10%~30%)到煤中,可以有效改善其着火稳定性和燃烧性能;随着掺混比例的增加,DTG曲线出现分峰现象,且整体燃烧特性变差;采用Coast-Redfern积分法分析了不同掺混比例样品的燃烧反应动力学特性,结果表明低温段活化能小于高温段活化能,混合样品在低温段的活化能始终小于浮选精矿或气化细渣,浮选精矿或气化细渣的添加比例超过50%时使混合样高温段活化能急剧增加。同时,对水煤浆气化细渣的经济性进行了分析。The high moisture content,extremely low volatile content and poor ignition and combustion characteristics of the fine slag from coal water slurry gasification make it difficult to directly burn as a fuel.By separating it from ash and carbon through flotation,a flotation concentrate with high carbon content can be obtained.Through the characterization of gasification fine slag from Texaco gasifier and its flotation concentrate by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer,it is found that free spherical ash particles in flotation concentrate are significantly reduced compared with gasification fine slag,and some ash particles adhere to the pores of porous irregular carbon.Compared with gasification fine slag,the average particle size of the flotation concentrate decreases,the specific surface area increases,the fixed carbon content increases from 41.61%to 61.88%,the ash content decreases from 52.06%to 27.86%,and the calorific value increases from 15.24 MJ/kg to 22.43 MJ/kg.The combustion characteristics of gasification fine slag and flotation concentrate blending with raw coal are studied by thermogravimetric analyzer.The results show that the ignition and burnout characteristics of gasification fine slag and flotation concentrate are poor.Blending with raw coal in a low proportion(10%~30%)can effectively improve their ignition stability and combustion performance;as the blending ratio increases,the DTG curve exhibits peak splitting and the overall combustion characteristics deteriorate;the Coast-Redfern integration method is used to analyze the combustion reaction kinetics characteristics of samples with different mixing ratios,and the results showed that the activation energy in the low temperature range is lower than that in the high temperature range.The activation energy of mixed samples in the low temperature range is always lower than that of flotation concentrate or gasification fine slag.When the addition ratio of flotation concentrate or gasification fine slag exceeds 50%,the activation energy
