摘  要:建立了三维底吹熔炼炉数学模型,对熔池气相分布和动量分布规律进行了研究,为底吹炉炉体的升级改造提供了基准和重要参数。根据数值模拟研究结果,提出易门铜业底吹炉设备本体改造方案及现场施工方案的细化。底吹炉本体采用三托辊支撑,并在厂房内进行现场切割加长改造;底吹炉加长段现场施工空间狭小,创新现场改造方案,采用特殊设备折壁吊在原有厂房内实施炉体吊装,实现了41天完成现场改造。A three-dimensional bottom-blowing smelting furnace mathematical model was established,and the gas phase distribution and momentum distribution of the molten pool were studied,which provides baseline and important parameters for the optimization of bottom-blowing furnace.The reforming scheme of bottom blowing furnace equipment in Yimen Copper Co.,Ltd.,and refinement of the field construction scheme were introduced.The bottom blowing furnace body is supported by three rollers,and the on-site cutting and lengthening transformation is carried out in the workshop.The construction space of the extended section of the bottom blowing furnace is narrow,the field reforming scheme is optimized,and the furnace body hoisting is carried out in the original factory building with special equipment fold crane.Finally,the on-site modification is completed in 41 days.
