摘　　要：板坯连铸机扇形段基础框架安装精度是连铸机主机设备安装整体尺寸闭环中的重要一环,是整个连铸机寿命周期中直接影响对弧精度,进而影响产品质量的关键参数。为了快速精确测量并调整基础框架精度,对某两台双流板坯连铸机采用绘图法和解析法两种测量安装技术。该测量过程利用基础框架设备上测量销位置,初步调整各框架定位销精度到1 mm以内,随后通过全站仪-棱镜采集安装底面和导向板上的有效数据。绘图测量法是在理想坐标系中将实际采集的数据进行数据分析对比,解析法是通过辊列原始坐标等原始设计数据进行推导计算得出需要精调的数据信息,调整设备到设计允许误差范围内。该技术保证各框架调整精度±0.1 mm,满足板坯连铸机的生产要求,对扇形段基础框架精准测量安装具有重要指导意义。The installation accuracy of the slab caster section basic frame is an important part of the overall size closed-loop for the installation of the caster main equipment.It is a key parameter that directly affects the alignment accuracy and thus the product quality in throughout the life cycle of the caster.In order to quickly and accurately measure and adjust the accuracy of the basic frame,two measurement and installation techniques,drawing method and analytical method,were used separately for a certain two twin strand slab caster.In measurement process,through the position of the measuring pin on the basic frame equipment,the positioning pin of each frame was preliminarily adjust accuracy to within 1 mm,and then the effective data on the installation bottom and the guide plate were collected by the total station-prism.The drawing measurement method is to analyze and compare the actual collected data in an ideal coordinate system,while the analytical method is to derive and calculate the data information that needs to be fine-tuned from the original design data such as the original coordinates of the roller column,and adjust the equipment to the allowable error range designed.This technology ensures that each frame adjustment accuracy is±0.1 mm,it meets the production requirements of the slab caster,which is an important guiding significance for precise measuring and installing fan section basic frame.
