摘 要:以一座主跨442 m的大跨度钢混叠合梁斜拉桥为工程背景,文章利用Midas Civil建立该桥的三维空间有限元模型,研究无应力状态法在斜拉桥施工控制仿真分析中的可行性。首先,基于无应力状态法建立施工状态与成桥状态之间的联系;其次,以成桥状态下拉索对应的无应力长度做施工阶段正装,分析消除非线性等因素产生的影响。经过数次迭代分析,可使成桥索力与目标索力闭合,同时主梁弯矩趋向目标弯矩。施工完成后的监测数据表明,无应力状态法能较好地模拟该斜拉桥的施工过程,验证了利用无应力状态法进行斜拉桥施工控制仿真分析的可靠性和便捷性,为类似斜拉桥的施工控制仿真分析提供参考。Based on the engineering background of a long-span steel-concrete composite girder cable-stayed bridge with the main span of 442 m,a three-dimensional spatial finite element model of the bridge was established by way of Midas Civil in this paper to study the feasibility of stress-free state method in the simulated analysis of the construction control of a cablestayed bridge.First,the relationship between the construction state and the completed state of the bridge is established based on the stress-free state method;and then,using the corresponding stress-free length of the cables in the completed bridge state as the formal assembly in the construction stage to analyze and eliminate the influence of nonlinear and other factors.After several iterative analyses,the completed cable force and the target cable force can be closed,and the bending moment of the main girder tends to the target bending moment.The monitored data after the completion of the construction show that the stress-free state method can well simulate the construction process of the cable-stayed bridge and the reliability and convenience of simulation analysis of construction control of cable-stayed bridges using the stress-free state method are verified,which can provide a reference for simulation analysis of similar cable-stayed bridges.
