摘 要:海上风电吸力式导管架基础高度高,施工现场海况差,导致施工人员高空挂钩施工难度大、安全风险高,目前无成熟经验可以借鉴,给现场施工带来了巨大的挑战。长乐外海海上风电场C区项目开创性地研发了一套自动化吊具用于吸力式导管架基础的吊装作业,该吊索具充分应用了无线通讯、物联网等信息化技术,能够有效地解决吊具高空对位困难和人员高空作业安全风险高这两大难题,该吊索具共完成了41台吸力式导管架基础安装任务,证明其技术先进、性能稳定可靠,具有巨大的推广价值,有利于推动海上风电行业技术进步。Due to the great height of suction jackets for offshore wind power foundations and poor sea conditions at the construction site,it is difficult for installation personnel to fix lifting hooks at great height and the risk is high for their safety.At present,there is no mature experience for reference,which brings great challenges to site construction.A set of intelligent sling and rigging system was innovatively developed for lifting and installation of suction jackets for Project C of Changle Offshore Wind Farm,which makes full use of information technology such as wireless communication,the Internet of Things to effectively solve the difficulty in positioning and aligning of the suction jacket and slings at high altitude and the safety of personnel working at heights,A total of 41 suction jackets were installed with the intelligent sling and rigging system,which proved to be technologically advanced with stable and reliable performance,and has great promotion value,conducive to promoting the technological progress of the offshore wind power industry.
