摘  要:为确定张集煤矿1301综放面采空区遗煤自燃风险范围,采用经孔隙度优化的数值模拟与现场实测相结合的方法,研究了该综放面采空区自燃“三带”分布规律以及CH_(4)在采空区内部的分布特点,确定了该综放面采空区煤自燃危险区域,明确了工作面的最小安全推进速度。结果表明:采空区CH_(4)体积分数随工作面走向距离的增加呈整体上升趋势;但在采空区中部沿走向存在20~80 m的相对稳定区;O_(2)体积分数随采空区深度的增加呈明显下降趋势,进、回风侧采空区氧化带范围分别为44.8~76.8 m、27.6~51.3 m.为了防止1301综放面采空区遗煤自燃,在不采取其他防火技术措施的情况下,应确保综放面推进速度大于1.43 m/d.In order to determine the risk range of spontaneous combustion of the 1301 fully-mechanized working face of Zhangji Coal Mine,a combination of numerical simulation optimized by porosity and field measurement was used to study the distribution law of"three zones"of spontaneous combustion in the goaf of this fully-mechanized working face of Zhangji Coal Mine and the distribution characteristics of CH_(4) in the goaf,to determine the risk area of spontaneous combustion of coal in the goaf of this fully-mechanized working face,and to clarify the minimum safe advance speed of the working face.The results show that the CH_(4) concentration in the goaf shows an overall increasing trend with the increase of the working face strike distance;however,there is a relatively stable CH_(4) concentration zone of 20~80 m along the direction in the middle of the goaf;the O_(2) concentration shows an obvious decreasing trend with the increase of the goaf depth,and the range of the oxidation zone in the air intake side and return airway side of the mining area is 44.8~76.8 m,27.6~51.3 m respectively.In order to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal in the goaf of 1301 fully-mechanized working face,the working face should be advanced at a speed greater than 1.43 m/d without taking other fire prevention measures.
