摘　　要：为了加强煤矿企业安全文化建设,降低煤矿安全生产事故发生概率,构建煤矿企业安全文化综合评价指标体系。通过对煤矿安全文化文献分析、企业安全文化评价标准分析、企业安全文化建设现状分析,筛选出23个煤矿安全文化评价指标;通过因子分析相关数据,建立煤矿企业安全文化评价模型,包含安全观念文化、安全行为文化、安全管理文化、安全物质文化4个一级指标以及23个二级指标;采用层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法进行组合赋权,计算评价指标的主、客观权重并进行线性组合确定权重占比;结合某煤矿对构建的评价模型进行实证研究。结果表明:已构建的安全文化评价模型能更好地适用于煤矿企业,权重分配比较合理。该模型能够达到煤矿企业安全文化水平,评价结果与实际情况相符。In order to strengthen the construction of safety culture in coal mine enterprises and reduce the probability of accidents,the Comprehensive Evaluation Index System of safety culture in Coal Mine Enterprises is established.Through the literature analysis of Coal Mine Safety Culture.Enterprise Safety Culture Evaluation Standard Analysis,enterprise safety culture construction status analysis,screened out 23 coal mine safety culture evaluation indicators.The safety culture evaluation model of coal mine enterprise is established,including 4 first-level indexes and 23 second-level indexes of safety concept culture,safety behavior culture,safety management culture and safety material culture.In this paper,AHP and entropy weight method are used to calculate the subjective and objective weights of evaluation indexes and determine the proportion of weights by linear combination.The results show that the established safety culture evaluation model is more suitable for coal mining enterprises and the weight distribution is reasonable.The model can reach the level of safety culture in coal mine enterprises,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation.
