摘　　要：在采煤机滚筒自动化焊接系统设计中,滚筒自动调心定位是关键技术之一。文章针对焊接作业中滚筒在变位器上准确定位的问题,设计了一种新型滚筒自动调心定位装置。该装置是滚筒自动化焊接的重要工艺装备,主要由承载构件、调心定位组件、液压拉紧组件三个部分组成,通过机、电、液一体化控制技术实现滚筒调心和固定作业自动化,进一步提高了滚筒制造工艺水平,为完善滚筒智能制造生产技术奠定了基础,具有良好的应用前景。In the design of automatic welding system for Shearer drum,automatic centering and positioning of drum is one of the key technologies.In this paper,aiming at the problem of accurate positioning of the roller on the positioner in welding operation,a new type of auto-centering positioning device of the roller is designed.The device is an important equipment for automatic welding of roller,which is mainly composed of three parts:load-bearing component,center adjusting and positioning component and hydraulic tension component,through the integration of mechanical,electrical and hydraulic control technology to achieve the drum centering and fixed work automation,further improve the level of drum manufacturing technology,laying a foundation for improving the drum intelligent manufacturing production technology,it has good application prospect.
