摘 要:通过对5种高分子凝胶表面活性剂、稳泡剂、悬浮剂的复配进行优化,从而提高三相泡沫发泡剂在消防中的灭火性能。采用五因素四水平的正交实验法,利用电动搅拌器测定该复配体系的发泡倍数和半衰期,实验得到,当SDBS、MAEPK、6501、FM-550、膨润土的质量比例为3∶3∶1∶2∶0.2时,该复配体系的稳定性和发泡力达到最优。此外,为了探究无机盐对复配体系稳定性和发泡力的影响,向最优复配体系中加入不同梯度摩尔浓度的NaCl和MgCl_(2)溶液,实验结果表明:低浓度下的复配体系具有良好的发泡性能和稳泡性能,在达到一定浓度后,复配体系的发泡性能和稳定性呈下降趋势。The fire-fighting performance of three-phase foaming agent was improved by optimizing the mixture of polymer gel Surfactant,foam stabilizer and suspension agent.The foaming multiple and half-life of the composite system were determined by using an electric stirrer with 5 factors and 4 levels orthogonal experimental method,the results showed that the optimum ratio of SDBS∶MAEPK∶6501∶FM-550∶Bentonite was 3∶3∶1∶2∶0.2.The experimental polymer gel Surfactant was compared with commercially available blowing agents.In addition,in order to investigate the effect of inorganic salts on the stability and foaming power of the composite system,NaCL and MgCl_(2)solutions with different gradient concentrations were added into the optimal composite system,the results showed that the foaming properties and foam stability of the system at low concentration were good,and the foaming properties and stability of the system decreased when the concentration reached a certain level.
