摘  要:采用物理混合法和高温固相法分别制备了Fe-Co-S型复合正极材料,对复合正极材料的物相组成、微观形貌及热稳定性等进行表征。对不同方法制备的热电池正极材料进行电化学性能测试,结果表明高温固相法制备的复合正极材料峰值电压和大电流放电下的脉冲性能更优。研究了Fe与Co的不同比例对Fe-Co-S型复合材料放电性能的影响,确定Fe与Co的最佳质量比为5∶5。研究了不同比例碳纳米管包覆对Fe_(0.5)Co_(0.5)S_(2)复合正极材料性能的影响,结果表明碳纳米管最佳添加量为1.5%(质量分数)。Fe-Co-S composite cathode materials were prepared by physical mixing method and high temperature solidphase method,respectively.The phase composition,micro-morphology and thermal stability of composite cathode materials were characterized.The electrochemical performance of the cathode materials prepared by different methods shows that the composite cathode materials prepared by high temperature solid-phase method have better peak voltage and pulse performance under high current discharge.The influence of different ratios of Fe to Co on the discharge performance of Fe-Co-S composites was studied.The optimum ratio of Fe to Co is 5∶5.The effect of carbon nanotube coating with different ratios on the properties of Fe_(0.5)Co_(0.5)S_(2)composite cathode materials was studied.The results show that the optimum content of carbon nanotube is 1.5%.
