摘　　要：国医大师南征教授首次提出“消渴肾病”“消渴肾衰”中医新病名,认为消渴肾衰的核心病机是毒损肾络、邪伏膜原,病机关键一是毒邪,二为内生风邪,临证当审毒治风,以解毒通络,护肝益肾为治疗大法。依据南征教授基于风毒治疗消渴肾衰长期的临床实践,其治疗法则及用药经验,可总结为“凉肝息风解毒法”“镇肝息风解毒法”“养血息风解毒法”“搜风通络解毒法”“破血祛风解毒法”“益肾息风解毒法”“泄浊息风解毒法”“活血祛风解毒法”“滋阴息风解毒法”“导邪搜风解毒法”等十法,值得临床借鉴。Professor Nan Zheng,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,fi rst proposes the new disease names of"diabetic kidney disease"and"diabetic kidney failure"in traditional Chinese medicine.He believes that the core pathogenesis of diabetic kidney failure is the damage of kidney collaterals by toxins and the accumulation of pathogenic factors in the membrane,that the keys to its pathogenesis are the toxin pathogen and the endogenous wind pathogen,and the disease should be differentiated by identifying the toxin pathogen and expelling the wind pathogen,using resolving toxins,unblocking collaterals,protecting the liver and benefiting the kidney as its main treatment methods.Ten specifi c treatment methods are summarized in this study according to his treatment principles and medication experience based on his long-term clinical practice in the treatment of diabetic kidney failure with the syndrome of wind-toxin,which are believed to be worthy of reference in clinic.
