从“胃风”理论探讨国医大师徐景藩教授运用风药治疗泄泻经验

摘　　要：泄泻是临床常见病、多发病。国医大师徐景藩教授提出“胃风”是泄泻的主要病因病机之一,临证以胃风理论为指导,在泄泻的治疗中提倡重视“风药”的运用,取其健脾胜湿祛风、升举清阳畅风、条达肝气宁风、开通玄府疏风之功,常获良效。本文分析徐景藩从“胃风”角度以风药治疗泄泻的丰富经验与独到见解,以期启迪临床、开阔思路。Diarrhea is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinical practice.Professor Xu Jingfan,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,proposes that"stomach wind"is one of its main etiologies and pathogeneses.Guided by the theory of stomach wind in his clinical practice,he advocates the application of"wind medicines"in the treatment of the disease,which can dispel wind by invigorating the spleen and removing dampness,smooth wind by ascending clear yang,calm wind by regulating liver qi,and expel wind by opening up the mysterious orifi ces,often achieving a good curative result.This article analyzes Professor Xu Jingfan's rich experience and unique insights in treating diarrhea with wind medicines based on the theory of"stomach wind",in order to enlighten its clinical practice and broaden thinking in this regard.
