摘　　要：目的探讨益肾健脾方对终末期肾脏病腹膜透析(脾肾气虚证)患者贫血指标和消化道症状的改善作用。方法按照随机数字表法将92例终末期肾脏病腹膜透析(脾肾气虚证)患者分成对照组和观察组。对照组采用腹膜透析等西医常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上,联合益肾健脾方治疗。观察2组治疗前后的中医证候积分、胃肠道症状分级评分量表(GSRS)评分、反流性疾病问卷(RDQ)评分、肾功能指标、贫血指标的改善状况,比较2组治疗总有效率、胃肠功能指标恢复时间及术后并发症。结果治疗后,观察组的中医证候积分,GSRS评分,RDQ评分,血肌酐、血尿素氮水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肾小球滤过率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(93.48%)高于对照组(78.26%)(P<0.05);2组均未发生药物过敏或治疗不耐受情况。结论益肾健脾方能够有效改善终末期肾脏病腹膜透析(脾肾气虚证)患者消化道症状、贫血症状及残余肾功能,提高临床治疗有效率,且用药安全性高。Objective To explore the improvement effect of the Yishen Jianpi recipe on the anemia indexes and digestive tract symptoms in patients with end-stage kidney disease(syndrome of qi defi ciency of spleen and kidney)undergoing peritoneal dialysis.Methods According to the method of random number table,92 patients with end-stage kidney disease(syndrome of qi defi ciency of spleen and kidney)undergoing peritoneal dialysis were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine methods such as peritoneal dialysis,while the observation group was treated with the Yishen Jianpi recipe on the basis of the control group.The improvement of TCM syndrome scores,gastrointestinal symptom rating scale(GSRS)scores,reflux disease questionnaire(RDQ)scores,renal function indexes and anemia indexes in the two groups was observed before and after treatment.The total effective rate,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function indexes and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,GSRS scores,RDQ scores,the levels of blood creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The glomerular fi ltration rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total eff ective rate of the observation group(93.48%)was higher than that of the control group(78.26%)(P<0.05).No drug allergy or treatment intolerance occurred in both groups.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with end-stage kidney disease(syndrome of qi defi ciency of spleen and kidney)undergoing peritoneal dialysis,the Yishen Jianpi recipe can effectively improve their digestive tract symptoms,anemia symptoms and residual renal function,and improve their clinical treatment efficiency,with a higher drug safety.
