针刺联合自拟盆炎方治疗慢性盆腔炎对患者中医证候积分、血清炎症因子水平的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺联合自拟盆炎方治疗慢性盆腔炎对患者中医证候积分、血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2022年6月到本院妇科就诊的82例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组予常规抗生素联合针刺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予自拟盆炎方治疗。比较2组治疗后临床疗效、中医证候积分及不良反应,比较2组治疗前后NE、hs-CRP、炎症包块直径和盆腔积液深度。结果治疗30 d后,观察组总有效率(92.68%)高于对照组(75.61%)(P<0.05);治疗30 d后,观察组带下量多、小腹疼痛、腰骶酸痛、月经不调等各项中医症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组NE、hs-CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组炎症包块直径和盆腔积液深度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合自拟盆炎方可降低CPID患者中医证候积分,降低血清炎症因子水平,促进炎症消失,加速血液循环。Objective To explore the effects of acupuncture combined with the self-made Penyan prescription on the scores of TCM syndromes and the levels of serum inflammatory factors in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods A total of 82 patients with CPID treated in the gynecology department of our hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics combined with acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with a self-made Penyan prescription on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,scores of TCM syndromes and adverse reactions after treatment,the levels of NE and hs-CRP,the diameters of inflammatory masses and the depths of pelvic effusions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 30 days of treatment,the total eff ective rate of the observation group(92.68%)was higher than that of the control group(75.61%)(P<0.05).After 30 days of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as excessive leucorrhea,lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain,and menstrual disorders in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of NE and hs-CRP in the observation group were both lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The diameters of infl ammatory masses and the depths of pelvic effusions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with the self-made Penyan prescription can reduce the TCM syndrome scores,lower the serum infl ammatory factor levels,promote the infl ammation disappearance,and accelerate blood circulation in patients with CPID.
