摘 要:测试分析了高碳铬铁渣作为细骨料时的各项性能指标,研究了不同取代率的高碳铬铁渣砂对混凝土的工作性、力学性能、收缩性能、电通量的影响,并通过SEM分析了其界面过渡区的形貌。结果表明,偏细的高碳铬铁渣,加之表面粗糙多开口孔,需要提高浆体量以保证混凝土拌合物和易性良好;取代量在75%以下时,高碳铬铁渣砂有利于提高混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度以及抗氯离子渗透性能。掺加高碳铬铁渣砂的干燥收缩类似于普通混凝土。高碳铬铁渣可以部分取代天然砂用来配制混凝土。The indexes of high carbon chromium slag as fine aggregate were tested and analyzed,and the effects of high carbon chromium slag sand with different replacement rates on the working property,mechanical properties,shrinkage properties and electric flux of concrete were studied,meanwhile,the morphology of the interface transition zone was analyzed by SEM.From the results,the finer high-carbon slag,with the rough surface and many open holes,needs to increase the amount of slurry to ensure good workability of the concrete mixture.When the substitution amount is less than 75%,the high-carbon ferrochrome slag sand is beneficial to improve the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete,as well as the resistance to chloride ion penetration.And the drying shrinkage of sand mixed with high-carbon ferrochrome slag is similar to that of ordinary concrete.High-carbon ferrochrome slag can partially replace natural sand to prepare concrete.
