摘 要:将具有良好感知性能的光纤光栅(OFBG)嵌入碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)中,研制出智能碳纤维(CFRP-OFBG)板。为研究CFRP-OFBG板加固钢筋混凝土梁的疲劳性能,对6根CFRP-OFBG板加固梁和2根未加固梁进行疲劳和剩余强度试验。试验中对比加固与未加固梁的破坏形态、疲劳寿命、应变发展等情况,研究疲劳荷载幅值和循环次数对加固梁疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:试验梁加固后抗弯承载力和疲劳性能均得到明显提升;加固梁的剩余承载力随疲劳循环次数的增加呈现三阶段发展规律;CFRP-OFBG的监测数据可在一定程度上实时反馈加固梁的受力过程。The optical fiber braggart grating(OFBG)with good sensing performance was embedded in the carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP)to develop intelligent carbon fiber(CFRP-OFBG)plate.In order to study the fatigue behavior of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with CFRP-OFBG plates,constant amplitude fatigue and residual strength tests were carried out on six reinforced concrete beams strengthened with CFRP-OFBG plates and two unstrengthened beams.The failure modes,fatigue life and strain development of the reinforced and unstrengthened beams were compared.The effects of the amplitude of fatigue load and the number of fatigue cycles on the fatigue performance of strengthened beams were studied.Results show that the bearing capacity and fatigue performance of the test beams are significantly improved after reinforcement.The residual bearing capacity of the strengthened beams present a three-stage development law with the increase of fatigue cycles.The monitoring data of CFRP-OFBG plate can feedback the stress process of the reinforced beam in real-time to a certain extent.
