摘 要:采用机械和化学复合活化的方式对煤矸石的活性进行充分激发,同时将其激发效果与目前研究较成熟的掺合料矿渣和粉煤灰相比较,结合激光粒度测试和抗压强度试验探究其宏观性能发展规律,并且借助电子扫描显微镜(SEM)对水化产物及其微观形貌进行表征。结果表明:煤矸石经机械活化后微观结构疏松,且形态趋于规则化,比表面积可达438.28 m^(2)/kg,1~10μm的颗粒占总体积的50%以上,可作为矿物掺合料掺入水泥;掺量为8%的氢氧化钙对煤矸石粉的激发效果最佳,水化产物丰富,试件抗压强度值高于粉煤灰试件,与矿渣试件接近,后期利用价值较高。It used mechanical and chemical compound activation of the coal gangue′s activity for full excitation,while its excitation effect with the current research more mature mineral admixture slag and fly ash compared,combined with laser particle size test and compressive strength test to explore its macroscopic properties development law,and with the help of electron scanning microscope(SEM)to characterized the hydration products and their microscopic morphology.The results show that the comparative surface area of gangue can reach 438.28 m^(2)/kg after mechanical grinding,and the particles from 1μm to 10μm account for more than 50%of the total volume,which can be mixed into cement as mineral admixture.Calcium hydroxide dosed at 8%has the best excitation effect on gangue powder,and the hydration products are abundant,and the compressive strength value of the specimens is higher than that of fly ash specimens and close to that of slag specimens,which has a high value for later use.
